PALTutor - designed to speed up employee training and proficiency;
PALAssist - designed to provide corpus-specific, quick answers for domain-specific questions;
PALCX - an AI-driven customer support helper; and
PALExpert - AI-driven co-pilots designed to automate micro-tasks.
PALGenie was designed to streamline the inefficiencies from slow employee onboarding and proficiency training and a lack of real-time, personalized, on-the-job training tools. PAL tools learn from the internal corpus of organizations and further tuning itself with user inputs to become a better trainer of those users.

Problem statement

Fortune 1,000 organizations are challenged to build employee proficiency - especially in regulated domains where there are often complicated process dependencies and complicated enterprise systems. The time to proficiency and time lost due to lack of ongoing proficiency costs organizations billions annually. The lack of employee knowledge not only causes poorer metrics around customer issue resolution, which reflects in lower CSAT and NPS, as well as increasing employee attrition; it can also affect the overall corporate reputation and hurt the brand as a whole.

‘23: Sell-Through Model Proven to Work: OVERVIEW: PAL sells to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. BPO companies place trained employees within enterprise organizations to augment and scale their operations. BPO companies use PAL to help their (BPO) employees reach proficiency faster.

Three Brands working with two different PAL BPO Clients asked to deploy PAL solutions on their internal employees after seeing the performance of the outsourced BPO employees. A top-10 Non-Bank Financial Brand, a top-10 Communication Brand, and a top-10 Healthcare Brand now use PAL to improve their internal employee performance. Adding Brands using PAL validates the PAL GTM model where our services will Sell Through our BPO Clients to the BPO Brands.
