Current civil data analysis platforms focus solely on law enforcement with no way to coordinate city services and the data spread across them. Cities struggle to coordinate data and resources to mount an effective response to homelessness, public safety, immigration, and policy.
Austin fire and police use the mobile app to view inventories and trails for encampment calls. Working with Joe Lonsdale’s Cicero Institute, Austin and Dallas City Council Members, and TX State Senator Tan Parker on homeless policy, data, and response. LOI with Luminary, Austin based data analytics company for education, to become our first B2B customer for geospatial research. Featured on KXAN twice, Dallas Express, Fox 7 Austin, Fox News, Dallas Observer, Tech Policy Press, and Philanthropy Round Table.
Using our crowd sourced data alongside Austin city datasets with inputs from our open source data pipelines we were able to use our meta pattern matching models to generate a map overlay that shows how an encampment effects local communities. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UQdymFCCWU
Utilizing our data pipelines we successfully mapped out the current homeless encampments in Dallas, TX a rolled out our app to the metro area.
