We are a SaaS, ML-based portal for restaurant owners to prevent food loss, which is food that is thrown away before it ever ‘leaves the kitchen’, primarily due to expiration of perishable ingredients. We integrate with the restaurant’s existing PoS system to gather streamlined data on dishes sold. We take this data, combined with historic PoS data, and input it into a machine learning algorithm that provides a forecast that is more accurate than humans. Using our service, restaurant owners can save time and money in food sourcing by using our forecasts as an anchor for how many pounds of perishable ingredients to buy. We also are adding data visualization and nearby event/foot traffic analytics as features.
