Aaron Knape is CEO and Co-Founder of Rivalry Tech. Aaron is a native Texan whose career has taken him around the world where he has acquired many meaningful experiences and relationships. Starting at Dynamic Air Shelters as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Aaron and his family lived in France, Italy, The Netherlands and Canada while he planted the seeds for Dynamic’s future market growth. Aaron joined Dynamic because of the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit embodied by the company and its members and took over as its President in 2016. He and his co-founders started Rivalry Tech in 2018.
Aaron has an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University with a focus in entrepreneurship. While attending Rice, Aaron was the Chairman of the Jones Student Association for the first class of the Professional MBA Program. He continued to be involved with the school by acting as the Alumni Class Ambassador for the class of 2008. Currently, Aaron is on the board of the Rice Alumni Entrepreneurship and Innovation organization, and is also a board member of the Jones Graduate School Alumni Association. Aaron earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
Aaron has a dedicated wife of seventeen years, Cristina, and together they have children Isaac (14), Ava (12), and Isabelle (8).
