Antonio Key

Biography

Antonio Key is a Co-Founder of a Stealth startup. Antonio possesses 20 years of experience in investments & acquisitions, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding his Stealth startup, Antonio was the Director of Investments at Samsung Next, Samsung’s early-stage venture fund focused on software and services. He led the fund’s investments into notable startups such as Aviron Interactive, FloatMe, Flow Carbon, Genopets, Players’ Lounge, Prime Trust, Ready Player Me, The Sandbox, Upsie, Yuga Labs, ZaiNar and Zen. In an earlier role at Samsung Next, he led corporate development for the team that drove Partnerships and M&A specific to Ad tech, IoT, Digital Health and the Metaverse. Before Samsung, Antonio was an M&A investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and completed 10 transactions totaling $26bn in enterprise value.

Earlier in Antonio’s career, he co-founded the start-up K.O.T. Marketing Group—a leading LA event marketing company for millennial tastemakers—and built it into a multi-million dollar business. Prior to his startup, he was a Management Consultant at Deloitte, implementing strategy and operations for enterprise software. Antonio has an MBA from The Wharton School, where he majored in Finance, and has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University. He currently lives in San Francisco and serves as the SF Chapter Chair for the Stanford OVAL program and on the national board of the Stanford Black Alumni Association.
