Danielle Guilbot is the filmtech founder of Texas Film Scene. "I'm passionate about acting. I started this because I want to be an A-list actress, but I don't want to move to Hollywood. So, I figured, if I can find some way to help producers make more movies in Texas, I'll have more chances to act in them!"
Danielle has a lifelong love affair with acting, singing, and dancing. She is an Equity and SAGe actor who voices Raena in Disney/LucasFilm's 'Young Jedi Adventures'. A Texas native who launched her career in NYC at age 9, playing Cindy Lou Who in the Broadway tour of Dr. Seuss' "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."
Alongside her sister Madeleine, she starred as Marta & Gretl (understudy/swing) in a North American tour of "The Sound of Music," mastering complex 5-part harmonies. After an Equity production of Annie in 2019, Danielle landed the leading role of Stephanie in Richard Linklater's Apollo 10½, starring opposite Jack Black, Zachary Levi, and Glen Powell.
Danielle is also a songwriter and musician—playing bass guitar, piano, and vocals. She and her sisters were the youngest official performers at SXSW 2018 and have shared the stage with Grammy-winner Bruce Robison.
