Raj Natarajan is a 25-year cloud-technology leader, Certified Cloud Architect (AWS & GCP), and Certified FinOps Professional who transforms complex multi-cloud estates into measurable business value. Before launching SKYXOPS—a SaaS platform that provides real-time cost visibility and automated optimization across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud—he served as Senior Cloud Architect at IBM and founded Astragaze, the consultancy behind several flagship projects: the first AWS deployment of Treasury.gov, the 2020 Census cloud infrastructure, and an enterprise-wide AWS migration for Harvard University.
Earlier, Raj founded TradingBell, scaling a catalog and product-information-management (PIM) software company to 150 employees and a global customer base on seed funding alone. These ventures reinforced his conviction that granular financial and technical telemetry is essential to sustainable growth—a principle now embedded at the core of SKYXOPS.
He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Southern University (USA) and a B.E. in Civil & Structural Engineering from the Government College of Technology (India). An avid long-distance runner and high-altitude hiker, Raj brings the same endurance and discipline to driving cloud efficiency at scale.
