I am a co-founder and CEO of Life Balance Technologies, which has developed an airborne infection prevention software. I have had a number financial and operational executive roles with both public and private companies, predominantly in the energy industry. He also provides advisory services in acquisition, divestitures, financing, and strategic projects and his clients include international financial institutions and industrial companies. He has a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a CPA in the State of Virginia and he serves on the boards of several local and international non-profit organizations.
