Humaxa addresses remote employee performance through an AI Assistant. It communicates with workers, predicts which actions will motivate them perform their best, and offers to initiate those actions. The data is tracked in 18+ dimensions and the AI assistant is easily customizable. The technology is based on the cognitive neuroscience research of Humaxa’s CEO plus the team’s 18+ years of working with clients in the Human Capital Management industry. Humaxa would like to test the viability of our AI Assistant with Service Members in HR, AETC, and Medical personnel, encouraging them to share struggles, matching needs to performance improvement solutions.
