Computer vision and AI have long been constricted to singular purposes. "Our device identifies weapons", "Our device identifies people", etc. Why? Why can't your camera stream identify whatever you want? Why can't you use the software on any camera stream you want? Prometheus can, and it can do so much more.

Prometheus is an AI integrated IoT Network Security and Surveillance System. It is identification agnostic, sensor and IoT device agnostic, can identify and track locations of identifications, subscription-based, and designed, developed, assembled, and packaged in the USA.

About Mammen & Peery Corp:
Mammen and Peery Corp is a design and engineering firm originally established in 2019 that specializes in innovative ground-up solutions in the hardware, software, robotics, energy, and defense sectors. At the end of 2022, we decided to move fully from the service sector to the product sector after our portfolio of work became increasingly centered around defense projects and we were being commissioned to develop more and more solutions that others could not.

We are currently raising capital for the launch of our first product, Prometheus, an AI integrated IoT network security and surveillance system, which is intended to aid in the curbing of criminal activity along the Texas border and for military and defense purposes. In later phases of development, versions of Prometheus are also planned to be implemented in schools to prevent acts of violence and in commercial retail establishments for use in marketing and analytics data gathering.

We are currently working on version 1 of Prometheus for border use and an MVP of Prometheus is available for demonstrations.
A beta version of the software component can be ready in as little as two months of funding. Software can be implemented on any camera stream, is app based, and exists in both cloud and localized versions.

We are currently in our Seed 1 round of raising capital and are looking to raise a total of $500k with only $200k being needed to get the beta version of our software component to market.

This round of funding allows for 12 months of runway and is to be used to finish the development of the software component of our system to bring to market (2 months), establish contracts with police forces and border entities, move forward on establishing contracts with military entities, and begin to bring the hardware component into contracts.

The next round of funding will focus on multiple versions of Prometheus and acquisition of federal border and further defense contracts for Prometheus. The next version will also include a server only version that replaces any surveillance server with Prometheus.

Problem statement

The general problem:
Computer vision and AI have long been constricted to singular purposes. "Our device identifies weapons", "Our device identifies people", etc. Why? Why can't your camera stream identify whatever you want? Why can't you use the software on any camera stream you want? Prometheus can, and it can do so much more.

Prometheus is an AI integrated IoT Network Security and Surveillance System. It is identification agnostic, sensor and IoT device agnostic, can identify and track locations of identifications, subscription-based, and designed, developed, assembled, and packaged in the USA.

Our first problem that we are addressing:
There are currently 5400 trail cameras surveilling the Texas border with a handful of people watching them live on monitors. Then terabytes of data is sorted through to establish connections between noted events and people.

Traction information

-MVP created, now currently working on version 1 for sale
-Live identification and analysis in less than 1ms per identification
-Live streaming at 720px and 36fps
-Have a rapid funding vehicle for military use, AFWERX issued IDIQ subcontract withe CareStarter
-Currently in talks with AFMISC division of the Air Force for use across installations
-Currently in talks with Rep. Tony Gonzales and Sen. Ted Cruz for use along the Texas border
