Problem statement

Financial services and insurance companies have a problem. These companies are investing billions of dollars to build out capabilities that will shift servicing and acquisition processes into digital channels. However each month - less than 40% of their customers use their apps, websites and the tools within them. Which results in customers using costly servicing
methods (branches, call centers, etc.) for a majority of their interactions. Costing banks (on average) $9.00 / servicing event. We are adamant that the next wave or growth results from embedding these experiences and we're passionate about doing it.

Traction information

Tuuk was established in late 2017. Since then they have generated $10-15k in monthly recurring revenue, and worked with customers such as USAA, 1st Source Bank and Frost Bank. Tuuk is currently working to scale our technology, partnerships and FI customers.
