My professional journey began at AT&T in Austin in 2008, where I gained a wealth of experience and gradually rose through the ranks over 13 fruitful years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Texas State University.
In 2021, I embraced a new challenge as VP of Operations at Mears Group Inc., a prominent name in the telecom industry. I managed an impressive portfolio of over $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and oversaw a network of 100+ subcontractors. My role at Mears Group allowed me to drive broadband innovation for numerous service providers.
Growing up, my father, a skilled subcontractor and business owner, instilled in me a deep respect for the subcontracting industry. Inspired by his journey, I recognized the need for a comprehensive, streamlined solution in the construction sector. This inspiration, combined with my extensive industry experience, led me to establish FieldVision.
At FieldVision, my aim is to revolutionize how independent contractors operate in the utility infrastructure and broadband industries. I am committed to empowering subcontractors by simplifying project management, improving communication, and easing the invoicing and payments process. Ultimately, my goal is to make a significant and positive impact on small and minority businesses.
