Raj is a seasoned software engineering leader passionate about creating impactful technology products. Raj started his career as a software engineer building enterprise software at Franklin Templeton Investments and, later worked as a technology consultant for major public enterprises like Fannie Mae, Texas State and Marriott. As one of the early engineers at TriNet, Raj led critical projects building Financial & HR products, and pioneered AI initiatives, including developing TriNet's first NLP model to streamline compliance. After 11 years at Trinet, he joined Synapse Financials, where he built Data and ML teams and bootstrapped product development for onboarding, fraud detection, AML and compliance, scaling applications to support 18M users and $76B in annual transactions. Driven by entrepreneurship, Raj joined Michael as a co-founder to build an AI-powered event and vendor management platform to streamline collaboration from lead generation to payments.
