Steve has 25+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a CFO, Managing Director or founder, predominately with large international offshore drilling and marine services companies. As the CFO, he led the financial and legal teams in three U.S. and one Norwegian IPO’s, raising approximately $2.0 billion and approximately $3.0 billion in various credit facilities. He also has experience with new technology companies, most recently with a start-up with a hospital airborne infection software. He resides in the Houston area with his wife.
