With over a decade of experience in federal and defense contracting, he helps technology firms navigate the federal procurement process. A former US Army Finance Corps sergeant, he has directed compliance initiatives and led financial system modernization for the Department of Treasury. He also helped emerging dual-use companies secure over $30 million in R&D funding and pioneered the Treasury's first SBIR Phase III contracts.
