American Binary is a pre-seed stage startup delivering future-proof cybersecurity software to protect critical defense and infrastructure verticals because we are facing a looming problem, and the rules are changing:

Companies’ current security will be made obsolete as soon as one bad actor develops a viable quantum computer, making vulnerable our personal, financial, and intellectual property data.  This risk will become real as early as 2025 according to mandates from the NSA.

The solution is transitioning to post-quantum cryptography ("PQC") that meets the NSA's standards. 

American Binary offers complete software products equipped with NSA-recommended PQC that make the transition easy and cost-effective, while outperforming competitors' solutions. These products protect data centers, end-user devices such as laptops, and data in transit.

We are looking for the right investors to move forward with.

Verizon Wireless / SOCOM / USASOC
-We are developing a post-quantum encryption solution for SIM card devices that has never been done before. USASOC has confirmed they would like to be a customer once development is finished. If our deployment to USASOC is successful, SOCOM will roll it out as widely as is applicable to the DOD / IC. Development is expected to finish by Jan 2024.

Google Public Sector
-We are officially a Google partner and are exploring three opportunities to sell our post-quantum encryption products including a satellite communications company.

L3 Harris via Shield Com (partner)
-L3 Harris is the largest communications hardware provider for the DOD. They have confirmed they are interested in using Shield Com products with American Binary encryption. Expected to complete prototype evaluation by end of year.

Strive Financial via Liberation Tek (partner)
-Deploying our Post-quantum VPN for Windows to an asset manager backed by a front-running presidential candidate. We are in the process of finalizing the contract. We estimate it will be recurring for at least 3 years. It is of small value, ~25-30k ARR, but is considered a steppingstone as we prove our worth to the partner who brokered the deal, Liberation Tek.

With incoming capital to support our launch and execution, we reasonably expect to close ~1.6mn in annually recurring revenue by 1/31/2024
