You interact with CallBuddy like chatGPT. You give it a task and a phone number, and it will call for you, talking to the agent (or their AI) just like you would. Or, if you just want to talk to a real person, CallBuddy will add you to the call when it reaches a human. You can listen in live and takeover at any point, and at the end of the call you’ll get a summary and transcript. You can use CallBuddy for anything: making appointments, checking availability, booking reservations, etc... It’s like having a personal assistant in your pocket.
Americans spend around two and a half million hours on hold every single day. Thats a huge amount of wasted time, and of course, time is money. The current solutions cater to business. They help them automate and save time—but for us, they just make things worse: longer menus, more bots, and fewer humans. So we asked: why should companies have all the fun? That's why we’re building CallBuddy—the first AI voice agent for consumers, so you literally never have to wait on hold again.
