Modern counter-UAS interceptor systems suffer from a fundamental logistics problem: they are designed as rigid, infrastructure-dependent platforms that limit mobility, reduce magazine depth, and force operators into fixed defensive positions. This challenge is especially severe aboard ships, where storage space is at a premium. As drone threats continue to proliferate, military forces require a low-cost, attritable kinetic interceptor with dramatically improved storage density that enables operators to carry more interceptors, rapidly relocate, and avoid becoming stationary targets.

Draupnir's Interceptor Mk I (FPV and Computer Vision variants) is a purpose-built attritable interceptor drone capable of 150+ mph, with a patent-pending folding design that reduces footprint by ~89% versus the leading Ukrainian interceptor. It is NDAA-compliant and backpackable, designed to be produced at 500–5,000+ units per month using an FDM printer farm.

Working prototype fully assembled with initial flights completed (TRL 6). Patent application filed on logistics-optimized folding design. VOSB/SDVOSB certified, SAM.gov registered (UEI, CAGE Code, DUNS), and LOI in place with Mothership for interceptor operations. Pending demonstration request from a U.S. Military organization.
