Déjà Vu - Polytrauma VR Research Study Launches at JBLM with MAMC IRB Approval
Déjà Vu - Polytrauma VR, developed for the U.S. Army using Exonicus Trauma Simulator technology, has achieved a key milestone with protocol approval from the Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) Internal Review Board (IRB). Data collection has commenced at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), focusing on evaluating the effectiveness of VR-based trauma simulation in enhancing skill acquisition, decision-making, and preparedness for polytrauma scenarios. By integrating high-fidelity immersive technologies, the project provides military medics with realistic training environments to practice life-saving interventions safely. This initiative highlights Exonicus’s dedication to advancing medical training and strengthening its partnership with the U.S. Army to improve readiness and outcomes in military healthcare.\r\n
