The CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) and MCI (Mass Casualty Incident) research protocols have been approved by Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), utilizing the Exonicus Trauma Simulator to prepare medical personnel for high-stakes scenarios. Funded by STTC, ARL, and CDMRP, these studies aim to enhance readiness for hazardous threats and mass casualty events through immersive VR training. By simulating life-threatening conditions, the platform enables precise decision-making, triage, and treatment under extreme conditions. These initiatives underscore the critical role of VR technology in improving military medical training and operational readiness.\r\n
