Hyphen's EDGE machine performs accelerated fatigue testing 300x faster than standard methods at lower cost, generating data in days suitable for AI models. The i-DAMP software (Air Force-developed patent) creates damage-resistant geometries optimized for AM, reducing vibration by 95% and extending part life 10x. An AI platform then generates empirically accurate material and manufacturing data from limited inputs using physics-based regression models and neural networks.

Hyphen has secured >$1.3M in EDGE sales pipeline, >$2M in Phase I and II SBIRs, >$500K in government grants, $1.25M in investor raises, and >$2M in strategic breakthrough funding. The company is targeting a combined TAM exceeding $64B across fatigue testing services/equipment, simulation/design optimization software, and material testing markets by 2030.
