Jen’s Get Fit Group is a dynamic fitness community dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to better health and wellness. Founded by fitness enthusiast Jen, our group offers a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all fitness levels to come together and achieve their fitness goals.

Many women struggle with inconsistent fitness routines, unhealthy dialogues around food and exercise, and a lack of holistic, community-driven support that addresses both physical and mental wellness.

JGFG provides on-demand virtual workouts, personalized macro and nutritional coaching, mindset and faith-based content, and an inclusive women's community — all in one flexible, accessible platform that meets women wherever they are in life.

Founded in 2018, JGFG has grown from a small group workout-sharing community to a program serving thousands of busy women, with 500+ original workouts available on-demand. The platform has expanded to include BOMI Wellness Co. and Fit Factory Supplements.
