Kreneon, Inc.

The world faces a projected 40% global clean water deficit by 2030, requiring $13.2T in investment, yet private capital cannot flow efficiently into water because there is no standardized financial infrastructure — no registry, no benchmark contract, and no index — to enable price discovery and blue bond issuance.

Kreneon provides the missing financial infrastructure for water: a contract registry, standardized benchmark contracts, and a water index — analogous to what ICE, MSCI, and Markit built for other commodities and asset classes. This unlocks trading velocity, index liquidity, and catalytic private capital deployment at scale.

Kreneon has secured 3M m³ of annual water production under LOI, achieved TRL4 (with TRL6 on device expected September 2026), and is 25% through system integration deploying Observer Nodes at Aarhus Vand (Denmark) and US industrial sites. The company is currently raising a $1–$3M SAFE as a catalyst round to launch infrastructure for a $40T market.
