Marathon is a student productivity app that transforms course syllabi into clear, dated, grade-weighted semester plans. Students upload a PDF or Word syllabus and Marathon automatically parses every exam, paper, and reading onto a unified timeline with grade weights filled in. The app also features grade forecasting (letting students simulate scores before earning them), and an AI study coach called Pacer that knows the student's full class load and can guide them on what to work on next. Currently in closed alpha with the first 50 student testers, Marathon is free during this phase and works with any school or LMS.

Students struggle to get a clear picture of their entire semester — deadlines, grade standings, and priorities are scattered across multiple syllabi, LMS platforms, and calendars, forcing constant piecing-together of information.
Marathon parses uploaded syllabi into a single dated, grade-weighted timeline and adds an AI coach (Pacer) that already knows the student's workload, enabling grade forecasting and step-by-step guidance on what to tackle next.
Currently in closed beta with the first 50 student testers; free during this phase. The app is invite-only and building a waitlist. Use cases demonstrated include parsing a 12-page syllabus into 38 dated tasks and breaking a final paper into 5 backward-scheduled subtasks.
