STACE is a new type of Point of Sale system. With STACE we’re providing restaurateurs, retailers and service providers with the tools that they need to sell in store and online with No Fees. What makes STACE different from our competitors is that we don’t charge our vendors high merchant fees. Instead we charge the customer a small 5% convenience fee per transaction. We provide our customers with the tools they need to continuously grow their businesses aggressively.
Our core problem is that the traditional point of sale model is killing Small Businesses. The model penalizes business owners for being a successful business. If I sell $50k worth of products for the month I am obligated as a business owner to pay the platform $10k of that revenue just for facilitating payments. It’s a lose-lose transaction for the merchant. Many businesses can’t start or sustain the operating cost for the current landscape of platform options.
