The Food Company

The Food Company is re-building the US food system to be healthy again. The US diet suffers from decades of profit optimizing shortcuts from big farm, pharmaceutical and chemical corporations that have compromised the nutritional and medical power that food has offered humans for thousands of years. These short cuts include overuse of pesticides, genetic experimentation, synthetic oils and antibiotics that have been shown to cause cancer, hormone imbalances and obesity. Many of these additives are banned in Europe but are pervasive in the US diet. The Food Company runs a vertically integrated restaurant and grocery business that can rapidly scale delivery of quality food across the US.
