ZenQuill is building the Airbnb of coach-led skills training: a marketplace where coaches package multi-week training programs as the unit of sale and learners book them like Stays. The marketplace sits on top of a vertical operating system for deliberate practice, a four-step rep loop (assign, capture, feedback, verify) that turns every drill, lesson, or workout into an AI-verified, coach-visible workflow. We are starting in sports because the coach is already a paying buyer, the rep loop maps cleanly onto how athletes train, and the category has the highest willingness-to-pay per session of any skills domain. In sports, the OS trains the full athlete across mind, body, and technique: sports psych journals and meditations for the mental game, targeted strength workouts for the physical, and AI video analysis on film for the technical. The exact same OS runs unchanged across coding mentors, music teachers, sales coaches, and language tutors, so sports is the wedge, the OS is the platform, and a coach-led skills marketplace is the long arc.

Coaches build rosters of 50 athletes but can only personalize for one at a time, leaving the other 49 underserved and capping every athlete's path to their full potential. The same bottleneck caps the coach: every hour of personalization is an hour that cannot be resold, so the better the coach, the harder the revenue ceiling.
ZenQuill is a mobile app that gives every coach a personalized training OS for each athlete on their roster, so one coach can run 50 individualized programs at once instead of one. Athletes get a daily plan across all three pillars: sports psych journals and meditations for the mind, targeted strength workouts for the body, and AI video analysis on their film for technique, all auto-tailored to their position, goals, and last session's performance. Coaches see every athlete's reps, film, and progress in one dashboard and leave async feedback in seconds, scaling their playbook to the whole roster without adding a single hour to their calendar.
In March we ran 30+ demos with our ICP, including TCU, the Arizona Cardinals, and meetings with All-Star level professional athletes, validating that ZenQuill is landing at the top of the market on its first cold cycle. Since product launch in October 2025, we've onboarded 2 skills training organizations and built a pipeline of 16 more in active negotiation, an 8x pipeline-to-installed-base ratio. ARR sits at $1,233 today and compounds with each pipeline close.
