Daphne

Daphne Herlihy is a co-founder of Oats in Coats, a preposterously fun brand with a line of better-for-you oat-based products for families. Daphne first dreamed up Oats in Coats as a frustrated working mom who couldn't get her kids to eat a nutritious breakfast. She realized that she needed to "dress up" oatmeal, both with tasty ingredients and with whimsical storytelling that made the experience of eating healthy foods fun, finally, for kids. Prior to jumping into Oats in Coats, Daphne worked at a large private equity firm and with several family offices developing their Impact Investment and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) programs. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA and MA from Stanford University.
