Mr. Parker is the Founder and President of NanTrak Industries, LLC and the primary creative and
technical lead responsible for the development of the TANGOTRAK munitions-based delivery
platform. He holds numerous patents in the fields of
intelligent ballistic and weapon systems, advanced micro sensing, electronic tracking and sensing
technologies, synthetic ordnance, target characterization, and functional projectile design. Mr.
Parker is a seasoned entrepreneur who has proven his ability to see the future, patent his ideas,
rapidly prototype, conduct hands-on testing in the field with meticulous documentation, and iterate
as needed until target results are achieved and repeatable to near 100%. The agile development
and rapid prototyping he led his team in demonstrating on the project NanTrak completed for the
DARPA TTO in 2021 was specifically called out by the Program Manager in a Letter of
Commendation.
