As a European Defence Fund expert, Unilab business advisor, and NATO DIANA business expert, I support defence tech startups in navigating complex markets and securing funding. My experience spans defence project management, with a strong focus on disruptive technologies and dual-use applications. Beyond academia, I co-founded Exonicus, a leader in VR/AR/XR defence simulations, and Defence Technology Consulting, a firm dedicated to strategic advisory in defence innovation.
