Roy Shi

Roy Shi is passionate about making it easier for people live full and healthy lives. He currently serves as the CEO of BodySpec, a company dedicated to making preventative health services faster, easier, more pleasant, and more affordable.

Roy graduated from Harvard College with a degree in computer science and subsequently worked at and eventually IPO-ed with Virtu Financial. Roy enjoys crafting the simplest possible solution to complex problems in areas as varied as distributed trading algorithms, optimal vehicle dispatching, and beating his wife at Bejeweled.

Roy enjoys weightlifting but mostly appreciates the resting between sets. He also likes eating, napping and being as stationary as possible to serve as an activity-level counterweight to his BodySpec teammates.
