He has inspired, directed, and managed very talented teams over the years, leading strategic planning for marketing and sales, as well as the design and development of sophisticated smart content applications and other web software for global Fortune companies such as CA Technologies, Broadcom, Dell, Infor, Terranova, AGS, Multimedia Games, etc. He also has deep insight into and expertise with MarTech strategy, implementation, and integration.
His new primary focus, Splashmetrics, has grown out of the various enterprise-wide tactical marketing and sales painpoints he's helped these global B2B companies solve over the years. Basically, with Splashmetrics, he's putting the power of optimizing the "last-mile" of the B2B Buyer Journey into the hands of companies and agencies, both large and small - automating himself right out of one job and into another.
Steve has a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University and served for 2 years in the United States Peace Corps.
He is the embarrassingly proud father of 2 great sons, with whom he loves to rock climb, sail, and ski.
