Outcome-Conditioned Simulation Infrastructure for Decision-Critical Physical Systems
Confirmed by founderChateauz is building outcome-conditioned simulation infrastructure for decision-critical physical systems. Rather than asking, "Given these inputs, what happens?", our technology asks, "Given the decision we must make, what confidence can we have across possible realities?" Before capital is committed, before Notice to Proceed (NTP), and before Final Investment Decision (FID), operators use Chateauz to evaluate how consequential infrastructure decisions perform under uncertainty, changing assumptions, and adversarial conditions. Alongside commercial deployments with energy and critical infrastructure customers, we're advancing our scientific roadmap through an HPC research collaboration with the San Diego Supercomputer Center at UC San Diego, federal R&D initiatives, and engagement across the U.S. Department of Energy ecosystem.

Capital-intensive industries are forced to make irreversible decisions using static tools; spreadsheets, dashboards, and linear models, that cannot simulate how real environments behave. As systems become more dynamic and interdependent, decision-making itself becomes a cognitive challenge. Organizations need a way to test consequences before deployment. Chateauz creates that layer: cognitive simulation infrastructure for the physical world.
Chateauz delivers decision intelligence through three integrated engines: COGSENS builds the environment — physical constraints, operating conditions, and human factors rendered into a live decision space before a single dollar is committed. CORTEX runs the intelligence — every decision evaluated across performance, risk, revenue, capital allocation, and decision efficiency simultaneously, with full uncertainty quantification at HPC scale. CINDRAL produces the record — every assumption logged, every scenario documented, every outcome sealed in a verifiable chain of evidence. The defensible decision record that exists before NTP, before FID. Three engines. One system. Built for decisions that cannot fail.

The Decision Architecture Assessment is Chateauz's structured entry point for infrastructure operators and capital allocators. The DAA evaluates decision readiness before NTP, before FID — identifying where uncertainty, assumption gaps, and irreversible commitments intersect. Available now at chateauz.io.
Launched Chateauz 3.0 at chateauz.io. Full repositioning to Pre-Capital Decision Intelligence — outcome-conditioned simulation infrastructure for energy, industrial, and defense. Three-engine architecture (COGSENS · CORTEX · CINDRAL) and dual-use federal mission now front and center.
DOE BOOST submitted in partnership with Sandia National Laboratories. Google Energy Accelerator application submitted. NSF SBIR Phase I pitch submitted — Outcome-Conditioned Uncertainty Quantification. Three parallel federal pathways active simultaneously.
Submitted Phase I application to DOE's Genesis Mission funding opportunity. Topic 16-C: Uncertainty Quantification in Grid Planning, in collaboration with San Diego Supercomputer Center at UC San Diego as HPC partner. Phase II pathway targeted December 2026. Submission positions Chateauz as federal validation infrastructure for energy grid decision intelligence.
Joined Moderne Ventures Passport Program, Spring 2026 cohort — connecting pre-capital infrastructure companies with strategic enterprise partners. Participated in Capital Factory's SXSW House, Austin, as part of the All Access portfolio.
