Demand for privacy pods is growing, but most products were designed for corporate offices and premium budgets. Institutions such as libraries, universities, healthcare facilities, schools, and public agencies must serve every user, including people who use wheelchairs. Standard pods often have raised floors, narrow entrances, and manual doors, making accessibility a procurement barrier. Institutions need private rooms that serve everyone at a price their budgets can support.
ClarityCastle provides affordable standard and ADA-friendly privacy pods designed for institutional use. Our accessible models feature a floorless design, wheelchair turning space, and automated push-button door operation without requiring a ramp or permanent construction. Pods can be purchased or leased and deployed as study rooms, telehealth booths, lactation rooms, sensory spaces, wellness rooms, and private workspaces.
ClarityCastle has completed product sales to Plug and Play and Cemvita and signed a five-year lease with Greentown Labs Houston for 10 pods. A second 10-pod, five-year lease with Greentown Labs Boston is in progress. The institutional market is already being validated through funded public programs, including $4.1 million in Texas library infrastructure grants and a Nevada program that deployed 34 privacy pods across 23 libraries.
