The U.S. maritime supply chain is broken. Lead times for critical subsystems and parts run 3–12+ months. Hundreds of small machine shops close every year. There is no domestic surge capacity. Legacy shipbuilding primes, autonomous vessel startups, and the U.S. Navy all face the same bottleneck: the physical inputs required to build ships have disappeared. The existing suppliers that remain operate on manual processes, aging workforces, and zero production intelligence. No one has built a manufacturing platform that compounds knowledge across maritime subsystem production, meaning every new part category starts from scratch instead of leveraging everything learned before it.

First subystem-level LOI signed. Multiple RFQs on hold. LibertyOS live with autonomous scheduling + quoting from STEP files and first ML models. Production facility (Testbed Zero) secured in Camden, NJ with April 2026 IOC.
