In early-stage cancer, circulating tumor DNA in plasma is often undetectable — leaving clinicians flying blind during the window when treatment matters most. Today's leading liquid biopsy platforms are fundamentally signal-constrained, requiring expensive computational workarounds that still miss too many patients. The result: delayed diagnoses, missed treatment windows, and preventable deaths.

Senticell's Signal Reservoir Platform exploits a previously underutilized biology: red blood cells naturally accumulate and preserve circulating tumor DNA, acting as a passive concentrator that plasma-based methods miss entirely. This means we detect cancer driver mutations, MRD, and pathogens at significantly lower disease burden — using standard PCR workflows, at lower cost, with no proprietary instruments required.

Seed round of $6-7M closed; clinical studies underway at UPenn with HPV-driven cancer cohort 60% enrolled and lung cancer cohort 30% enrolled. Technology is backed by 15+ years of peer-reviewed research published in Science Translational Medicine, JCI, and other top journals. Series A of $20M is currently open to fund CLIA build-out, LDT launch, and biopharma RUO partnerships.
