The education sector is facing a critical staffing shortage, with 70% of school districts across the U.S. struggling to find qualified substitute teachers. Each year, there are 69 million unfilled teaching assignments across three key segments: K-12 schools, early childhood education centers, and summer camps. This shortage disrupts classrooms, negatively impacts student learning outcomes, and leaves families without childcare. HelloSubs addresses this massive need by streamlining the process of finding and hiring substitute teachers. With a Total Addressable Market (TAM) of $64 billion, our platform is poised to capture significant value by connecting schools and educators more efficiently, and profitably than traditional processes.

We are finalizing contracts with large summer camp programs around the country. It looks like we'll have no problem providing full-time employment for all of our teachers in all of the markets we serve. This will at least sustain, if not grow revenues during a time that we had previously expected a seasonal slowdown.
