The armed forces have 900,000 personnel who undergo structured (multi-week) training each year in one of 10,000 different military occupational specialties. All 2M personnel undergo annual informal on-the-job training to maintain readiness and learn new capabilities. Virtual training is 75% more effective than traditional methods, but it has only been a possibility for pilots and other niche groups through large expensive simulators provided by the incumbent primes.

We are democratizing access to virtual training for 95% of the military, which currently does not have access, by drastically reducing the cost and effort needed to create virtual training modules.
