Fossil fuel generators, meanwhile, are heavy, inefficient, noisy, and increasingly restricted by environmental regulations. Vroom Solar delivers the lowest cost of power by enabling solar to deliver plug-and-use power for high-demand AC applications, without a grid connection or battery.
Vroom Solar has demonstrated strong early traction with 60 dealer applications representing access to over 200,000 potential customers, and Letters of Intent (LOIs) for over 1,000 Vroom 3000 units totaling $3 million in potential revenue. The company has secured purchase orders, launched a pilot project at Convoy of Hope’s headquarters, and received a Phase I AFWERX grant with support from four U.S. Air Force bases. Production began in April, with initial production units delivering now.
