WiVu

The options for viewing content outside of the home have not kept pace with consumer demand and expectations. Movie theaters don't provide a compelling experience in terms of choice (limited options and times) or social viewing (sitting side-by-side in the dark with behavior restrictions) and bars can be crowded and difficult to find/hear what you're looking for. Additionally, there are thousands of locations across the country (bars, hotels, restaurants, movie theaters, FECs) that have massively underutilized capacity in addition to food & beverage service. WiVu makes the process for bringing these two groups together as simple as Uber or Airbnb.

1. During the pandemic, we opened a beta location in partnership with the JW Marriott at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles. Use cases varied from birthday parties to social gatherings to business events with a wide variety of content (from YouTube to Netflix to live sports) On average, each booking had 7 people with over $100 per person in total spend.
2. We also have an agreement with our first multi-location partner, LOOK Cinemas, with commitment to open WiVu private screening rooms at all 11 of their locations, starting in Q4 2023.
