Ty is a US Navy Veteran, and expert in visualization and drones. From his work during his 4-year tenure as Supervising Editor of Science Visualization at California Academy of Sciences to his 2-time frog Design alumni status, to his experience in drone design, manufacturing, and piloting spanning back to 1997; Ty has a proven track record in all the relevant fields to bring the Tempest Droneworx™ Harbinger software to life. After the decimation of his home town (Paradise, CA) to wildfire in 2018, Ty set out on a mission to make sure small issues don't turn into major disasters. His conclusion: aggregating every bit of data you can possibly gather and creating a real-time "god's eye view" that anyone with little-to-no training could view is key to this mission. And thus, Harbinger was born.
