Unify spatial data in 4D for Spatial AI
We’re proud to share that CubeNexus has been accepted into the Capital One Mobility Accelerator Program 2026\r\n\r\nThis is a major step forward for us.\r\n\r\nOver the next few months, we’ll be working alongside an incredible cohort of founders, sharpening our business strategy, strengthening our capital readiness, and preparing to pitch live at DFW Startup Week - one of the largest entrepreneurship events in North Texas.\r\n\r\nThe program kicks off on March 24 at the Haas Moto Museum, and runs through August, ending with our final pitch.\r\n\r\nBig thanks to the Capital One and Dallas Entrepreneurship Center teams for the trust and support.

CubeNexus closed a $650k pre-seed round with investments from 46 VC and from TitletownTech.\r\n\r\nhttps://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20250624357129/en/CubeNexus-Secures-%24650K-Pre-Seed-to-Power-4D-Data-Structuring-for-Applications-in-AI-and-Autonomous-Operations
CubeNexus participated in the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL)–Rockies Energy Stream, engaging with mentors and partners from leading organizations across the energy and technology sectors. Through structured mentorship and objective-setting sessions with leaders from companies such as Shell, Enbridge, Suncor, TC Energy, and Emerson, CubeNexus refined its product-market fit, validated energy-sector use cases, and advanced partnerships with utilities and infrastructure operators. The program helped position CubeNexus to scale its platform for real-time spatial analytics, emissions monitoring, and digital twin applications across the energy ecosystem.
CubeNexus and ENESOL entered an evergreen strategic partnership, effective March 1, 2026, to integrate CubeNexus’s Decision Intelligence Suite as the core reporting, visualization, and analytics layer within ENESOL’s upstream ERP platform, with joint co-development across data models, APIs, AI agents, and Snowflake connectivity. The agreement positions both companies for long-term product and go-to-market alignment, with CubeNexus providing a dedicated senior developer and platform access in exchange for a $10,000 monthly partnership fee, while both parties share responsibility for integration, roadmap coordination, and commercialization.
CubeNexus was selected as one of 12 startups to be in the Rose Rock Bridge oil and gas accelerator in Tulsa, OK. Backed by Fortune 500 oil and gas firms like Devon Energy, Williams Energy, and ONEOK, the accelerator brought CubeNexus deeper into the energy world.
CubeNexus is building the 4D data structure for spatial applications of Agentic AI. We bring value to customers by cutting data management overhead by 61% and increasing accuracy and time-to-insights by 3x by making all spatial data AI-native. Our solutions transforms unstructured sensor data - from SCADA, PMUs, LIDAR, IoT, GPS, cameras, satellite imagery, and more - into a unified spatiotemporal format called "grains". Grain data is superstructured using cubes or TULs (Time United Locations). TULs geocode every data point into precise volumetric cubes with 3D coordinates plus time, creating a 9-dimensional context layer that enables AI agents, anomaly detection, spatial clustering, predictive analytics, and natural-language querying across any sensor type. We deliver our technology as a SaaS data management engine and through industry AI agents. We sell to data analytics and data management firms like decision intelligence, industrial software, & ERP providers, serving energy, aviation, defense, and infrastructure end customers who need to make real-time decisions from complex spatial data.
Over 90% of sensor data generated today is unstructured and siloed across incompatible formats, making it nearly impossible to analyze holistically. Industries reliant on spatial intelligence (i.e. energy, aviation, defense, infrastructure) lose an estimated $684B+ annually due to fragmented spatial analytics: misdiagnosed grid faults, delayed wildfire detection, blind spots in airspace monitoring, and uncoordinated asset management. Existing tools force customers to manually correlate data from dozens of sensor types, a process that is slow, error-prone, and unable to scale. CubeNexus addresses a total addressable market exceeding $850B by providing a universal spatial data layer that makes any sensor data immediately structured, interoperable, and queryable by AI.
CubeNexus just closed a $120k ARR strategic contract with Energy Solutions.ai and has annual revenue from organizations including Dataforge, Affectli, ATA Aviation, and IO Aero, with a $4.5M pipeline. We are backed by Techstars, 46VC, and TitleTown Tech. Our technology is backed by 6 patents (5 PCT international applications filed from 2022 - 2025 covering spatiotemporal data storage, positioning, quantum computing encoding, navigation, and AI analysis, plus a U.S. design application with a favorable examiner interview). We have been accepted into multiple accelerators - including the Capital One Mobility Accelerator 2026 (accepted February 2026), Creative Destruction Lab - Rockies (Oct 2025) and Rose Rock Bridge Energy Accelerator (Mar 2025) - and maintain partnerships with AWS Partner Network, Databricks, and OGC.
