Bright Yeti announced the signing of a Letter of Intent to deploy this innovative crop technology and strategic expertise with the sugarcane farm operations of Pantaleon, the 11th largest global sugar agro-industrial organization headquartered in Guatemala.
Systems are now 50% lighter and half the size of Version 1.0. Shipping and processing for new customers is 2x as fast and easier to deploy. Bright Yeti is now operating with farmers in 5 states across the Midwest.
Working with one of the top farmers in the USA, a 4th generation grower with experience at DuPont Pioneer, Bright Yeti treated seed performed 300% better than his premium products alone. We boosted yield and reduced fertilizer waste, two critical areas that drive farmer’s profitability.
Bright Yeti is now conducting paid field trials on a recurring, treatment subscription basis. Partner farms committed to multi-year agreements, demonstrating strong, repeatable demand for our technology.
Product version 1.0 is complete and farmers are eagerly implementing systems. We made engineering refinements to simplify the manufacture, packaging, and deployment. The system is now 95% autonomous, loading seed is 5x faster, and customer training only takes 15 minutes.
Our Contract Research Organization (CRO) results are in: we aimed for a 5 bushel per acre increase in yields and crushed our goal: 15.5!
After successful lab tests, we’re ready for testing in the field. The team moved to Iowa to work onsite at a farm and embed ourselves into their operations. We spent weeks with the farmers to experience their pain points, and test how our technology can fit into their operations.
