We signed a $4.4M, 20-Year Power Purchase Agreement for $220K/year with Lyndon Furniture, a furniture making company in Vermont to convert their wood waste into Combined Heat and Power. We will be installing a 300KWe Generator on site, and metering to the grid
Investor Q1 2025 Update\r\n\r\nAnother Term Sheet + Corporate Contracts (FTF Energy Q1 2025)\r\n\r\nGreetings, and I trust that your first quarter of this year has went great. \r\n\r\nAs we are currently raising a\r\nround, I want to specify that this is not a solicitation for investment, but rather just a quarterly update \r\n\r\nWant to take a moment to update you on some of the exciting progress we've made here at Farm to Flame Energy :\r\n\r\n1. We’ve kicked off a contract with Duquesne Light Company (a large electric utility provider in Southwestern Pennsylvania) for a green grocery store power generation project \r\n2. We’ve achieved our stated milestone as our generator is now running smokeless and odorless \r\n3. We’ve had over 50 meetings within a 3-week time span for our $5M investment round, and now have 3 term sheets\r\n4. We’ve signed a JV with our EPC partner Engeman Energy to build 20MW+ Power Plants in which we will integrate our proprietary software into \r\n5. We’ve attended the Biomass Conference in Atlanta, and increased our pipeline with over 8 new partnerships. Each is focused on 20+ megawatt plant installations \r\n\r\nChallenges included:\r\n\r\n1. Sourcing cost-effective solenoid valve for generator automation, to lower our CAPEX and OPEX. Our VP of Engineering and product team found a great option, and we went with it\r\n2. Dealing with certain corporate tax filings that our tax accountant does not address (taxes on common and preferred shares)\r\n\r\nAsks include:\r\n\r\n1. Strategic introductions to additional utilities, paper pulp corporations, and agro-industrial corporations\r\n\r\nIf there is anything you would like to talk about, please reach out, and we’ll schedule a chat. Other than that, have a great Q2 and talk soon\r\n\r\nGreatest Regards,\r\n\r\nKJ Jyamfi
$100K Grant received to build our commercial generator and test our patented combustion process in the unit. Kicked off FTF’s commercialization path
We signed a $20.4M Engineering Procurement and Construction Agreement + a 3- Year Operation and Maintenance Agreement with Cocoa Processing Company, a large chocolate producer for golden tree for a 5MW, combined heat and power plant using their cocoa waste as fuel. We got this signed in the middle of filling our contract for Georgia Pacific. At this point, we knew we had demand and staying power in our industry.
$50K SAFE Note received from Pharrell Williams, through his ”Black Ambition” fund, which very much shaped our entrepreneurial journey. With their coaching previously in 2022, we used the pitch practice to go out and raise $400,000. It represents a lot for FTF Energy, and KJ
We successfully ran our commercial wood boiler with no smoke and odor, which has been main commercialization goal of ours, since receiving funding from the SBIR Environmental Protection Agency grant
We successfully ran our generator and charged a Tesla for the City of Pittsburgh Parking Authority. This was supported by the $250,000 New Jersey CleanTech Pilot Demonstration Grant, and our 1st place award for $150,000 at the BNY Mellon UpPrize. All non-dilutive
We completed an $87K project with GP, a $25B / year paper making corporation and the largest biomass electricity producer in the country. We converted their paper pulp sludge into process heat for replacement of their natural gas paper dryers with Farm to Flame dryers. This was our first commercial revenue and demonstration of our patented smokeless and odorless combustion process
