We cloasd a $2M round (Convertible Note) with Leonid Capital Partners.
Our TACFI (Tactical Funding Increase) proposal for $2M was selected by the U.S. Space Force. This funding will accelerate development of our automated tasking and insight delivery capability, along with integration across partner satellites to enable low-latency, cross-constellation tasking. The selection validates both the mission-critical value and defense need for our capabilities, which also extend to commercial use cases such as disaster response, maritime domain awareness, and asset monitoring.
By the end of 2026, LPL will focus on establishing itself as the leading provider of real-time satellite-based insights. By scaling Orbitfy across 10+ partner satellites, integrating diverse data types, including optical, HSI, SAR, thermal, and more, and consistently delivering alerts in under 7 minutes, we aim to become the dominant player in high-impact, time-critical use cases, with a revenue of $3M+. This phase targets urgent scenarios across sectors such as defense, maritime surveillance, disaster management, insurance and finance, driving sustainable revenue and long-term market leadership.

In-orbit demonstration on Loft's YAM-6 started (currently ongoing), as part of our Phase 2 STTR contract with the US Air Force. The mission was to detect adn and classify vessels in near-real time, with latest demo delivering insights within 25 minutes from capture by the satellite.
