The outcomes of our customer in-market testing and discovery have driven how we have refined the product features that we will launch with, as well as the data analytics that are most important to professionals in treating their patients, which we will provide via our tech array through our app. Critical improvements included: alteration to movement angle to make the movement pattern more posterio-lateral, to better engage the gluteus maximus, medius and hip adductor, abductor muscles. Greater range of resistance available via the friction resistance system. Finalization of the support handle.
GTM strategy defined: Initial vertical - B2B launch into Physical Therapy (PT), rehab, orthopedics, sports medicine, gerontology and athletic/sports training to allow for professional uptake of Phantom Edge and patient/consumer usage and adoption. B2B launch will be used as a sales vertical/partnership to reach home-use customers (B2B2C) allowing the professionals to obtain Phantom Edge at little to no cost to their clinics, with only cost for use being the software licensing fee, and allowing the professionals to earn commission as affiliate partners allowing their patients/clients to purchase Phantom Edge for home use through each clinic's exclusive access code. Customer orders will be placed via the brand site, and fulfilled directly. Patients/clients can then use Phantom Edge at home in-between visits/training sessions and chose share their performance data with their provider for better overall outcomes. Second vertical - sports specific, e.g skiing (through our Advisor Ted Ligety), hockey, tennis, pickleball etc - utilizing the same model as in the initial vertical. Third Vertical - once we have traction through B2B verticals, we will enter a full DTC launch. Plan to enter a strategic partnership/merger with an established consumer wellness/fitness company for the DTC launch.

The outcomes of our testing and discovery have driven how we are refining the product features that we will launch with, as well as the data analytics that are most important to professionals in treating their patients, which we will provide via our tech array through our app. Discovery has also shown that our proposed price point for our professional machine that we will be launching is appropriate for our target market, and that our plan to have a lower priced consumer version in the future is in line with what people would be willing to pay to have a device in their home.
US and international Patents filed for Phantom Edge - including the friction resistance system, foot pedal design, folding mechanism and others.
